These should not be made with milk (I always check the label because sometimes the product isn't the exact one and/or manufacturers change ingredients). Probably the best way to obtain an answer to that specific question would be to contact Nabisco. **Q: Is carrageenan , or carrageenan derived emulsifier as is used in syrups , incorporated on any way in this graham cracker?** A: No it doesn’t appear so. Unlike the so called Honey Graham’s the original in the red box uses molasses instead of high fructose corn syrup. It tastes much better.
