This is a brilliant piece of kit
This is a brilliant piece of kit, too warm to wear in the summer (last year the UK had summer on a Tuesday I seem to remember) but waterproof and warm is what it does, and being wool a spark from the camp fire won't put a hole in it like Goretex or Rohan gear. I love the zipped pockets that keep your hand warm and your sweets safe from falling out. If you thought this was too expensive or itchy (being wool), don't be put off. The collar is a tad too high though, and makes you look like you have no neck, but hey, you're in the woods and the bears won't laugh at you (nor the UK rabbits).
