Halcyon Mark 9 Deluxe Chrome Motorcycle Goggles with Brass Frames - PVC Facemask (Black PVC Facemask, Compact)

I have a pair of goggles of the Mark 8 type that are well made and with a superior finish that cost me approx £20 at Kempton Park Bike Jumble 3 years ago. Unfortunately they have been damaged hence the purchase of the Halcyon Copact Delux Mark 9 goggles. I was disappointed with the finish compared to my much cheaper existing pair. 1) the stitching inside the goggles looks messy. 2) the edge finish of the metal/brass parts are not as well finished as my cheaper pair. 3) the padding is not as cushioned - the cheaper pair enables spectacles to be worn. 4) there is rubber gripping strips inside the strap which is good but there is insufficient adjustment for an open faced helmet resulting in a very tight fit against the face. I'm sure the halcyon goggles will do the job. I would have returned the product but being away on hols for over a month time had expired. Unfortunately unable to give manufacturer/supplier details of the cheaper goggles.

Really good quality product, easy tranasction, delivered before date quoted, well packaged

I just love these, almost identical to a pair I wore in the 70's Well made, comfortable, and should be durable.
