Solid built metal case. reasonable price
I needed a reasonably priced antenna analyzer to adjust my VHF/UHF beams for LEO Satellites. It didn't need to be lab grade precise, but it does need to be small and easy to carry up the to the roof. I also preferred a visual graph as opposed to the analog dials. This device fits the bill. The color display worked fairly well in overcast skies, but I suspect in bright sunlight, you'll need to cast a shadow over it to see it. It was easy to operate, and the manual was written well enough for me grasp the operation procedures. The only two things I would have liked to have is the ability to connect it to a PC and plot the smith charts and the calibration adapters. Really, you only need an SMA connector with a 50 Ohm load, the other two connectors, one is an open connector and the the is shorted, (you could make those yourself), so why didn't they just include them? Or as I saw in another listing, they wanted to charge 39.00 for the three connectors???!
