Wonderful minimalist key solution, one of the best having tried many
I wanted a slim key solution that wouldn't scratch up my leather wallet. I tried the Ridge Key Case, and that thing is chunky and you have so much volume on the scales and the pocket clip if you use that. Then I've tried a couple of chinese off brand key organizers, they are okay but they all lack the feeling of a quality good that will last, plus are cheap aluminum and have hard machined ridges that will scratch up all your stuff.I bought my first KeySmart at a gas station, which was just a basic plastic model after being frustrated by these solutions that seem to add bulk. It's tricky to get your keys installed, and you likely need to play around with spacers but you probably don't do this often. This version is a slightly slimmer than the plastic version with some style and wow does this impress. The scales feel dense and strong, and the edges are rounded and have a soft touch. The Red Forged Carbon Fiber the rendered images don't serve it justice how good this looks. It has a glossy finish, and iridescent red flakes. The top scale is reversible so you can pick the side that looks prettiest to you.You don't even need tools to put this together. It has rubber spacers on both sides so if you torque down the screws too tightly you cannot really use your keys. You can just use your thumb and tighten the screws about as far as you can tighten it with your thumb it is at about perfect tension.I modded a Keyport MOCA to fit into this and it's just the perfect tool that won't get you into trouble with the TSA. Keysmart has their own tool, but I don't love the idea of a screw driver point jabbing into everything in my pocket.

Great product…..but…
This is a great item. I regret having waited so long to get one. I love the softness of the leather so. It claims to hold 8 keys, but I have 3 on one side and 2 on the other with spacers and the screw posts almost weren’t long enough. If you don’t use the spacers then the keys are slightly difficult to get to so I’m not sure about removing them to make room for more keys. Just need longer screws to accommodate keys and spacers. This would also help with installation. It was harder than it looks once you start stacking everything, but all in all it’s a great product and would buy again without question.

So Far So Good.
Alright so there's a few variations of this thing on the market.I went with Keysmart based on some of the reviews. Some were negative, more were mostly positive.I did prepare myself for some of the complaints about the looseness after assembly. Yes I do have this issue, but it's easily resolvable.Instructions for assembly are found on the website (so a more environment friendly attempt - kudos for this). For me I have a total of around 12 keys that I usually carry with me...sans car key.My keys range in various thickness, length, and width. So I had to plan how to stack my keys - but I was expecting this...so no worries.Ultimately I had six keys on one side, and five on the other side. This shorter side was shored up with the provided spacers.Sure enough all you need to assembly your Keysmart is a coin or some item to act as an impromptu screw driver.Once assembled the weight of your keys is centralized and neatly arranged...if you took the time to plan out how your keys were layered together during the construction process.Cons:The keyhole ring attachment - is a separate piece. So when you rotate keys out, this will rotate. Which might cause some obstruction to utilize your key(s).The average amount of keys this product can support is definitely more around 12. Why? Because 14 assumes all your keys are uniform in length, width, and thickness.I had a mix of different keys.NOTE: your keys do fold back into the Keysmart frame. They actually sit out slightly.Pros:Great if you have a few keys that have to go with you, no matter what. The frame is versatile enough to accommodate different keys.Very minimalistic and compact.Basically turns your keys into a swiss army knife.Storage in a pocket may feel a bit heavy, but at least it's organized, and noise free.Basically - if you're looking for something that keeps keys organized and quiet in the pocket. This is for you.Unfortunately this isn't meant to handle all of your different keys. It can handle some and work with different types of keys.A great option as an alternative to the keyring, if you don't have a ton of keys.

LIFESAVER- EVERYONE IS GETTING ONE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
It had gotten to the point my.keys were just ridiculous, too heavy to comfortably have in any pocket, too bulky to cram into a pocket or hang from a belt loop. The listing seemed too good to be true, like an "As Seen on TV" type of shenanigans. I WAS SO WRONG. First and most shallow, it looks like a nice piece of quality crafted gadgetry. Not cheap in any way, I can whip my keys out at McDonalds or for a valet and feel zero conflict about how they might present. Noice. Also - The low profile containment is an absolute game.changer! Getting my keys off the old ring was FAR more difficult than setting up this one from start to finish. Don't be I timidated thinking it's going to be a nightmare, it went quick & smooth on the first try, all my keys now lie inside this toothpick holder sized gadget, I have my fob attached, and it was easy to organize my keys however I needed to in order to have the fastest access no matter what I needed to unlock. Sturdy, comes with everything you need EXCEPT you will need a dime or a flathead screwdriver to do a final twist on the fastener - there's 2 total. I used a dime and have had no issues despite putting it through a rigorous daily "dig to the bottom of the abyss " to find them in my hoarder like purse. I'm thrilled to find such a unique and effective item for myself, and also have them in my save for later for one click holiday shopping, DO IT YOU WONT BE SORRY. QUALITY + VALUE = WINNING
