Grated ginger can be brewed into a tea or added into cakes. It also adds a unique peppery flavour to stir fries. Heat a little oil in a wok and fry chunks of chicken until slightly browned. Add sliced ginger and cook for three minutes.Slice vegetables (we recommend spring onions, baby corn and bell peppers) and add to the wok.When the vegetables are browned, add a splash of dark soy sauce, then serve with boiled rice
