Not sure about the flavour rating I've just given for these, that confused me! I think it means that the food still has good flavour if you use one of these grill mats. Well yes, of course it does. These mats don't taint your food in any way and they're virtually indestructible, at least they are if you get a good brand. I'm still using grill mats that I bought two years ago and although they have one or two little holes they are still standing up to daily oven stress. I deliberately buy mats that cost a little bit more simply because I know the thicker mats will give value for money.Anyway, I can't live without these grill mats. I cut them to size to fit in my oven trays (the cheapest oven trays or trays that have lost their non-stick coating are successfully reconditioned into fully functioning trays that don't have food sticking to them). I use them on oven shelves and on the bottom to catch debris. They're great for cooking pizzas on where the instructions ask you to put directly on a shelf of the oven. You can use them for their intended barbeque purpose of course, as they withstand huge amounts of heat and just take the edge off the food so it doesn't burn to a crisp in seconds.I bought this set to cut down and fit into our two air fryers. I use the air fryers to cook mini pizzas, pastries, chicken etc and I don't have a specific insert for these things. My brainwave is a success, they work perfectly. The pastries and pizzas no longer stick to the fine grill underneath but they still cook fine.As for the quality of these particular grill mats? Spot on. And they came in a roll and box (as you get with clingfilm), so the ones I haven't yet used are stored nicely until I need them.

Wow where have these been all my life, makes BBQ’ing so much easier as no mess to clean up at the end!!Wasn’t sure if they would work but are great, good you get 4 as I just swapped them over when I cooked a different piece of food.

Had planned to use it over the weekend for a BBQ at friends place and the all the planning was a waste coz of this thunder storm/rain. Having used similar mats before I know these are better than the once which I used to order from ebay.I have used some cheap mats before which just burnt the food and ended ruining the party.First look: they feel premium quality and came packed in a proper box.**Will try them and updated the review**

why did I not know about these years ago, first class my oven will stay looking like brand new , what's not to like, so easy to slip out and wash. Iv one on base and one on the racks . no more dirty oven

Did a great job of keeping the BBQ clean but we used one sheet twice and its got two holes in it already.On the plus side, we didn't have to cook lunch in the charred residue left over from breakfast as the mat wiped clean with a wet wipe. Also no major BBQ cleaning to be done when we got home. However, I wouldn't buy these again for a BBQ. They may be OK to line the bottom of the oven.A larger one that we have, that was bought from another supplier, has lasted for three weeks of twice daily BBQ use and is still as new.

Work really well and easy to clean, my son is a vegan so now we can cook his food separately on the same barbeque.

I loved it so easy to clean in the oven or on the barby husband agrees he doesn't have to clean the barby when he's finished cooking .

Must be okay as the wife would have told me all about by now if they were no good

Pour mon barbecue. Super produit. Ne salit pas la grille et les graisses ne tombent pas ce qui fait que le barbecue est très facile à nettoyer. Au niveau cuisson c est excellent.

In unserer 12er Wg haben wir eine Backpapierrolle recht schnell leer und öfter wurden sie auch mal im Ofen vergessen und sind zerbröselt.Deshalb habe ich Diese Teflon Grillmatten bestellt.Lieferung:Die Lieferung erfolgte wie immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig innerhalb von wenigen tagen via DHL Express.Einziges Manko war die Größe der Verpackung. Für ein Format einer Backpapierrolle eine A4 Verpackung zu nehmen war etwas übertrieben.Aber die Verpackung wirkte hochwertig und die Folien warten unbeschädigt usw. alles top.Anwendung:Anfangs nur im Backofen:- Schnell gereinigt- geruchsneutral- bricht nicht beim biegen- Wärme wird gut weitergeleitetGrill:Es brennt nicht an, die Flüssigkeit/Fett geht nicht in die Glut --> also keine StichflammenPerfekt für unsere andersgläubigen Mitgriller:Wir haben eine Matte für sie reserviert und so war das Grillen auf dem gleichen Grill kein Problem und wir hatten keine Sorgen.Man sollte aber nicht auf den matten Schneiden!Fazit:Für den Preis ein absolutes Plus.
