Did you know? This Halen Môn Sea Salt blend was developed for the Awfully Posh Crackling Company and was so popular we started to sell it on its own. Harvested by hand from the sparkling seas around the Isle of Anglesey then mixed with a secret blend of chillis and roasted garlic. Perfect on steak, roasted vegetables or in stir fries. However you use it, we hope you enjoy the texture and taste of Halen Môn as much as we do. David Lea-Wilson Alison Lea-Wilson Our daughter, Jess, invented this blend to season pork crackling. With two types of chilli and garlic, it brings a kick to steaks and sweet potato wedges. Where did our tubes go? We used to package our salt in foil-lined cardboard tubes with metal or plastic ends. They were sturdy and looked really nice. They were also very hard to recycle and so mostly ended up as landfill. We weren't happy about that. Our new pouches use 50% less material. This card is easily recyclable, and an increasing number of recycling facilities have the capacity to recycle plastic bags, films and pouches.
