The media could not be loaded. I love the slim size of the coffee maker, it takes very little counter space. It slick and classy at the same time. At first, I thought the reservoir was going to be too small but turns out it’s been perfect. The richness of the coffee is delicious and does not take long to brew. The temperature is also perfect. When I make the cold brew it also tastes great. No issues to date.

Love this machine. Bought to replace a single-cup Kurig. Brews much faster.

Straight out of the box, it did not work. Prior to its first use, it needs to be ‘primed’ and provides clear instructions to do so. It would not prime and it kept displaying ‘add water’. Thankfully, the Ninja customer service was quick and helpful. After trying a few troubleshooting procedures, they are sending replacement parts. It’s only been 1 week but haven’t received the parts yet. Hopefully it works out! :)

I like everything about this Ninja coffeemaker. Simple to use. Coffee is hot. Works well for Regular coffee mugs and taller Yetis. I can choose to use my ground coffee if I run out of k-cups.

We needed to replace our dying Keurig. We wanted something smallish, with big flavour. This delivers on both fronts.We had issue with our first unit. It made a lot of noise when drawing water from the reservoir into the machine. We contacted Amazon and they replaced it no problems. Second unit is great. Not noisy and delivers hot (much hotter than Keurig) coffee. We use the open grounds version rather than pods. So we can save money, use better coffee, and not impact the environment.Highly recommend.
