Good quality, nice that it’s felt instead of paper. A little annoying to have to string the banners yourself. They do now have that listed first in the product description, so that’s helpful. Puffs were not easy to open, ended up not bothering after fighting with the first one. Banners looked cute when hung.

They gave me the wrong letters
I was really excited about this item until I realized that they didn't give me 2 p's for happy and instead it spelt H A P D Y. also I thought it would already be strung together, except I had to ..took a little bit to put all these things together. Also, I don't see a place to contact them.
