The product works well when it works, which is rarely. Most of the time the tracker does not track. It allows you to set it up "Power Management" where you can have constant tracking, 4, 10, or 20 minute intervals. The vast majority of the time the tracker does not update. They claim that if the device sits idle for 5 minutes it will shut down until it moves again. This is not true. The device spends most of its time sleeping regardless if it is moving or not. The battery barely lasts the 6 hours my daughter is in school and dies before she gets out. Kind of pointless since it is when she gets out of school that I want to know where she is. Overall, in my opinion this device is NOT worth the cost plus the monthly charge to keep it in service. I will be looking into other tracking devices that will actually do what they claim.

Absolutely worthless.After lots of research combing threw all the options I decided on this product. I got this with the intention of hiding it on my kid heaven forbid he ever get lost or taken. Regardless of any scenario you could imagine it wouldn’t do a bit of good. The tracker pings at 1 minuet on its shortest interval. In a situation a lot can change in 60 seconds. Not to mention when set to the shortest interval the battery life is a dismal few hours. Needless to say I wouldn’t trust this product to track a worthless yard mut. Oh yeah and while the website boast of their customer service I received zero communication from them the 2 days and daunting hours just trying to get the product to work. In short if you thrive on hours of frustration followed by big disappointment than this is the product for you.

I bought this to try and help me keep trck of my uncle who has Alzheimer's. It is zuppozed to alert you so know when it leaves the zoned area....I did not. It was supposed to alert you to know when it came back into the zone....it did not. We recieved the texts way later and in abundance. wen we tried to see if it would at least track it showed it above my house on the map going in circles. the battery only lasted about 2 hrs. trying to track it. I returned it after swveral tests.

Cannot say much. We started to get it hooked up and our needs changed.

My father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's. So while this is an important product for me, it could be life saving for him. While the product is great, what really stands out is the service that the company provides. They were more than willing to take the time, answer all my questions, help me get it activated, and followed up to ensure that we were using it and happy. The interface is easy to use, and the notifications are extremely helpful. I have it set up to send me a text if the battery gets low. Then I just call my mother and have her charge it for him. The profile is nice as well, not much bigger than a car key fob. And when it is all said and done, I can sleep better at night knowing that I know where he is at a moment's notice.

My father is starting to have some memory issues and has given us a couple of scares by leaving the home when he shouldn't be. I put this on his key chain (he always grabs his keys) and after setting up a geo fence around the house we can be alerted by text,email or both that he has left the house. There is a constant track mode for these types of emergencies so that there are no long gaps in between the device locating. The app works great on my wife's iPhone and my Galaxy S7. Great little device for keeping a loved one safe.
