A dream product/ 10 stars/ keto diet game changer
Wow. Well, I buy from Amazon nearly daily and I don't have time for reviews. I MADE time, actually put it in my diary, to write a review about this amazing product. I am a keto dieter who misses things like pizza, lasagne, and (good) fried chicken. So many keto dieters wax on about fathead dough or egg dough and I didn't find it appealing at all. So when I found and received this item I had no idea that I was about to make not only a keto pizza but one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I was able to roll out a 15 inch pizza for a total of 14 carbs. I followed the website instructions but did add some Italian seasoning. This flour actually behaves and tastes like a perfect Italian pizza with the exception that you will need double the time to allow it to rise. It spreads out perfectly and I also made a batch to refrigerate the next day- it was fine.I cannot say enough good things about this product, it almost seems too good to be true. I immediately bought another two bags to ensure I don't run out. My weight is still going down on the scale so that is a good sign.My husband, a non dieter, ate a piece and said he couldn't believe how good it was. This week we are making lasagne, ravioli , tortillas and attempting to use this as a soup thickner.Of course this is more expensive than some products but my quality of life has increased so much knowing that not much is off limits and I'm healthy. I had none of the lethargy the next morning after eating tis compared to regular pizza/pasta/high carb meals. I hope this company makes a billion. They deserve it.

Created the most flaky, melt-in-the-mouth low-carb puff pastry.
As a keto recipe developer and blogger, I bake all the time and this flour, although not gluten free and with a bit of wheat in the mix, makes the most amazing baked delights. My puff pastry sausage rolls turned out perfect with this flour.

Taste and texture the closet to normal flour
I've been on the keto eating plan for a while. I've tried a variety of low carb 'flours'. I find almond has too much of a cakey texture in the mouth, other mixtures haven't tasted right. This fibreflour is the closest. The pizza in the photo was easy to make. I used 250grams of FFlour, which made enough for 2 pizzas. Added yeast, water , oregano, garlic granules and stretched out and then rolling pin. The texture and taste of yeast was great . On adding up the macros I realised it is almost my entire allowance of carbs for the day, but once I started eating it, I couldn't finish it. Ended up eating 2/3rds of it, perhaps fibre makes it more filling? But that meant I still had a few carbs left for other foods. I would recommend it as it is like eating normal flour. Haven't tested blood sugar, as I read another review where the person said it made their blood sugar spike. Keep fingers crossed otherwise it is not keto. Looking forward to making pies and bread. Update 25 May 19: Just added a second photo of an attempt to make nan bread using 100gm of FF, yeast, yogurt and onion seeds. It looked like nan but texture wasn't soft, fluffy and pliable. Despite that it was wonderful to have anything that actually tasted bready to accompany the spinach paneer I made to go with it. It was all delicious, albeit extremely filling

Keto game changer!
So, I’ve done Keto for some considerable time now. I’ve tried brownie recipes that are simply wrong. Their recipe was damned fine, a little dry but that’s user error. But now to my main point...I’ve tried all the Keto pizzas. and I mean fat head dough, cauli crust, broccoli crust, meat crust, crust-less, that poofy type of pizza fingers with egg. While the latter 2 are ok, nothing, NOTHING compares with this flour. Having bought my pizza oven a short while before deciding that going back to Keto was my long term health plan, I sobbed as I packed it back into its box and hung my head as I put it out the back for a ‘someday-cheat-day’ treat. As it turns out, I came across this flour by accident when looking for something else. So glad I did. The pizza dough is amazing. No longer do I need to hanker after pizza for a cheat meal. It is now legitimately part of my diet and fits my macros. Thank you Lonjevity, long may you reign in the alternative flour kingdom! Can’t wait to try everything else on your site :D

It's versatile, but don't eat too much.
I've used this flour to make cakes and low carb bread. I follow normal recipes and replace white flour with fibre flour. I find my bread doesn't rise as much as it would with wheat flour, probably due to the heavy texture, it's also very expensive for what it is, although it's probably the least expensive compared to other low carb flours. Additionally, infind that eating just one roll made with this flour (around 63g of the stuff), I get constipated, which is strange because it has a lot of fibre, and I drink a lot of water.Regardless, if you want to do a low carb diet and still have homemade bread, pasta, cake, pancakes, pizza etc; and you're not on a tight budget, this is a good product to buy.

Low carb lasagne at last
High fibre, low carb lasagne and tagliatelle. It's the low carb fantasy!I used instructions off the Lonjevity website: 100g flour, one egg, pinch of salt, some water and a drizzle of olive oil.

Versatile low carb flour
This product is a game changer if you're trying to reduce your carbohydrate intake. If you're comparing fiberflour to regular plain flour then no, its not exactly the same in taste and texture but compared with your usual low carb substitutes e.g. coconut or almond flour it blows them out of the water. Fiberflour browns/burns more easily than regular plain flour so you need to take care in that respect but other than that it's very easy to use. So far I've successfully made pizza, biscuits, cake, brownies, shortcrust and flaky pastry, suet pudding, dumplings, spaetzle (little German dumplings/pasta), and pancakes. The only thing that didn't quite work was yorkshire pudding I highly recommended this product.
