Great for organization
Ordered for a an international flight for my kid, with plans to use it myself in the future. As you can see from the pictures, it has pockets that are labeled. We did not use all the pockets as labeled, but it was great for a place to be able to put headphones, a charger, a few pens, etc. The large pocket behind it fit copies of all his travel info, a book, a couple of snack bars, some mints, eye cover and even his uninflated blow up neck pillow. It is not big enough for a computer, but that is not its goal. It was great for having all the miscellaneous stuff you end up with for a long flight. He found it was small enough that he could stash it in his carry on bag and just pull it out before getting on the fight. Of course, depends on how much you cram into the carry on, but that made it even easier. It was nice to be able to just get in his seat, toss the flight bag under the seat and not have to mess with getting a bunch of stuff set. He also found it to be nice once he got to his destination. It let him keep all his electronic stuff together, easy to pack up each morning after using and thus keep organized even if he was not traveling that day.Quality seems to be high, but since we have only used it for one trip, I can't comment on long term hold up.

Almost perfect
I really like this bag - small, lightweight, attaches to luggage, can carry on shoulder. Though I’d still recommend it, I think if a few features were added or changed, it would be perfect. First, I’d like a carabiner clasp(s) capability inside to hold onto things like keys, AirTag holder, etc. Next, the passport pocket is small; I would think most people have their passport in a wallet which requires more width/depth. Thirdly, I’m not sure what the two mesh pockets at the bottom of the front pocket are for? (I don’t find them useful and they can get in the way of sliding things into the bag). Fourthly, it would be nice to have RFID shielding for passport and/or wallet. Finally, make the zipper pulls easier to lock with a luggage lock. That being said, I’m using this bag when I’m not carrying a laptop or don’t need/want to take a backpack.

Works amazingly well on the airplane and keeps items organized
This is as advertised and works wonderfully. Ive been doing business travel for years and wish I had this earlier. It's so nice not to have to try and shove 10 items in the seat back pocket. It holds a lot too. In the magazines section I have my Surface Pro 3 which is 12" wide. I use the tablet slot for my Bose QC15 headphones. In the front I stuff all kinds of stuff (charger, extended battery). I just ignore the labels and put stuff as it fits. I actually slide this bag into my larger backpack and then just pull out when I sit. It is super easy to attach to the tray and sturdy once there. I wish it was maybe a tad cheaper, but for the functionality I can't complain. I did not have the flight attendant tell me to stow it either. If she did no big deal, I'd have shoved it under the seat and then put on the tray once in the air. This is a great travel bag to keep things organized on the plane.

Worked Out Perfectly~
I had originally thought I would not use this until next spring when we are going to fly cross country. However, we had a last minute shorter, 1 12/ hour, flight over the weekend. I always have a duffle type carry-on that I put my jacket and purse in. When I get to my seat I take my purse out and put it under the seat in front of me. Nuisance to lean down and kick the purse towards me and use my foot to pick up the purse by the handle! I packed it up with what I normally put in my purse for traveling and the snacks, etc. that I would maybe need during flight. I waited until we were in the air and attached the bag (I chose red!) to the tray. Worked great! Everything I needed or wanted to grab during the flight was easily accessible! Loved it!Some reviews thought it was made poorly, not mine. Seams are sewed well, seems durable. Also, some reviews chided the designers for labeling the pockets! Really? You can put what ever you want in what ever pocket you want! I used the pocket labeled Business Cards for my pack of Kleenex! I did not need my passport this trip so the pocket labeled Passport was used for my charging cords and pack of Tic Tacs! It was perfect and very useful. When it was time to prepare for landing I unhooked it and put it under the seat in front of me. With the shoulder strap it made it perfect to use as my purse at our destination. When I got off the plane I put it in my carry on and so only had one thing to think about! I liked this a lot and plan on using it on all my flight travel.

Nice quality but too small for my needs.
Other reviews mentioned that this was too small but I wanted to see for myself.Turns out they were right.I suggest thinking hard about what you intend to fly with and studying the measurements on this bag. It could work well for some and it truly is high quality — very sturdy and nice looking. Plus the individual pockets were the best I’ve seen in a seat back organizer. The return policy was appreciated because sometimes there’s no substitute for seeing an item in person.

Perfect for air travel!
Was searching for a bag to hang on the back of the seat in front of me. I include anything that I might need on a long flight (wipes. AirPods, gum, face moisturizer, etc). This was PERFECT! I added “s-shaped” clips and Velcro straps in case I wanted to let it hang freely. Highly recommend!

Much too small
I was very excited to receive my Genius Pack Flight Bag. I was disappointed at how small it was. The cell phone pocket is much too small for my smart phone. The design of this bag is most definite flawed for today's traveler. This flight bag was not worth $68. You are basically paying for the Genius Pack name. This disappointment will definite prevent me from purchasing other products from this company. I returned it

practical for traveling
I bought this bag because of covid-19 precautions. I was able to attach it on the tray in front of me. It was big enough to carry tablet, but not laptop. It is not wide enough to put in 16oz bottle, but I put in 8oz bottle and refilled frequently. It become my go to bag for my daily errands at home to carry my ID and small staff. Design is appropriate for appointments, too. I think the price is too high, though.
