Just the right size for training treats! They do definitely have a fish odor, but I expected that from treats that are 100% fish - and she LOVES the smell/taste. And it puts my mind at ease that there are no preservatives or anything and they have a lab test the treats for heavy metals (something I worry about with fish treats) Low calorie, so I don't have to worry about spoiling her with too many. Genuinely a healthy treat!

Dog likes them, they definitely smell fishy

These are good freeze dried treats from a quality perspective. They were pretty uniform in size and there wasn't much "dust" in the bottom as is common in many freeze dried treats. Why just 3 stars? They are also the foulest smelling treats I've even encountered. They have a bit of a fish smell, but the overwhelming bad smell is something I can't find a comparison for. My dog loved these treats, but I won't be buying them again.

I have a greyhound who has a food allergy and the doggie dermatologist put him on a white fish and potato diet. I found CodderTots and a couple of other treats that fit his diet and that he absolutely loves. He is picky about treats too. I take CodderTots to the office so co-workers can still offer him a treat without messing up his diet. Everyone is happy. I bought this product looking for a healthy, cost effective, low fat treat for my Dachsies. As a breed they are prone to back problems and I have to closely monitor their weight. As a Veterinary technician, I want to know what my dogs are eating. I look for products such as Coddertots that are healthy, natural products with ingredients I can pronounce. My dachshunds love the treats and will purchase more when this bag is finished.

This stuff is so great, I highly highly recommend it. The smell is a little strong, but then, it wasn't made to appeal to MY tastes. My dog really loves them, they're good for him, and they're not fattening. That's all I ask.

Was looking for a healthy treat for my dog. She is now 8 as carries a bit of extra weight so these are a perfect substitute for her old treats. She wasn't sure about a new treat at first but absolutely loves them. Great find
