This product stopped taking a charge after 6 weeks. Very disappointed. It worked great until week 6, then no charge.

This product is perfect for my needs！It also has a great battery life. I charged it once to the full capacity when it first arrived (5 days ago) and the battery level is still above the half.I like it,it is beautiful.

The product was excellent, nice design, easy to use and very robust. I bought one a few months ago and I love it, So I bought a second one. Again, I am very pleased with this product. Plus, it was delivered really fast, on both occasions.

Looks great... easy to use... only problem so far (2 wks old) it starts running tests on its on.

The steps where way far off. I know it doesn't take 75 steps to the bathroom and back in my house. It didn't even measure your sleep very well either. This watch sucked big time... Wouldn't get it again...

Though the watch looks good and seems to be nicely built, here are the pros and cons.Cons:- You cannot shut down the watch to save battery or preserve it's useful life, if you plan on using another watch for some time.- The weather icon is useless. It does not automatically update itself. It needs to be manually synced with the app.- The pedometer is erratic. Say, it reads 100 and you walk another 150. It should read 250 or close (non of the fitness trackers are spot on accurate). But this still reads 100!. Then it updates to some random step count when you are not looking. There is no way to check if this is anywhere close to the actual step count, for you to rely on it.- Customer support: They are responsive to you emails. But don't expect a solution. They do not, or pretend not to understand the issues, even after you break it down to them step by step. So ultimately no support.- The app is half baked. The app does not maintain reliable connection with the watch. In one week, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times for it to pair and remain connected. (I have an LG and a Moto smartwatch which does not do this. So it is not my phone Bluetooth connectivity issue.)- Charge lasts about 4 days, as opposed to a week from the competitors.Pros:- Looks good and seems to be well made.- Can be worn in the shower.- Has the potential to be much better than it currently is.- Seller does respond.. (with random and unrelated answers, so effectively useless). I gave up after 4 tries.So, if you really like the look, buy this just as a timekeeper. There are better fitness trackers for this price.

Worked great for a day and now the screen is hard to navigate by tapping. I have to tap HARD to get it to work.
