Light and easy to assemble. Instructions very clear. Great at dusting wooden floors. Picks up everything accept larger crumbs etc which can be swept up with dustpan and brush, as you would with a broom. Much more effective than a broom though. Easy to get under furniture etc.Watch the plastic clips on top of flat base. They can get caught on furniture and break off. Great product😁

A first class product and excellently made. Very good value and good communication with the company.Have suggested that they produce adjustable washing line props to the same standard.

Love the adjustable handle as I am tall - no backache. We have tiles and karndean flooring over the majority of the downstairs floors and this makes keeping them clean simple. I love that you can dry the floor immediately and that the pads can be put through the wash to keep them clean

We needed a more robust mop and purchased this as it was listed as 'commercial' specification. Unfortunately it arrived with one of the blue clips on top of the mop head broken and we can see the other side is cracked. I noticed other reviewers had experienced the same issue and points towards a design fault.It's such a shame as in use it's a great mop. It's a larger head size than normal and the micro-fiber pads are excellent. The staff is very good quality and large.We've ordered a new replacement just in case we were unlucky, will post a review of that one.

I particularly like how manoeuverable the mop is and the very wide area it covers. Yet you can get it into the smallest corners and do excellent dusting and cleaning jobs.

Excellent product. Bought one for the office and loved it so much bought another one for home. Problem with second sorted in less than 30 minutes by seller. Would recommend

The mop itself is very good but the handle collapses into itself with any real pressure so you are constantly having to tighten it. It looks like this may be a design fault. I would have contacted the seller but can't work out where to do that, hopefully they will get in touch with me to sort this out.
