All in all easy and friendly to use and download apps that are not in GooglePlay, like Netflix, TerrariumTV. However, you couldn't scroll the episodes list in Netflix so this was my main reason for returning. My second reason is it kept freezing and making an horrendous stuck record noise! Only way to turn it off was to pull the main plug out.

To setup this product you require a mouse.Seller should give accurate information of this product and how to set it up.The info on the manual has practically nothing on it.I was ready to send the product back before i considered using a mouse which worked.

Worked fine for a few months. Then began randomly rebooting. No updates available; factory reset didn't make a difference; playing videos locally from either USB or Internal Storage didn't make a difference. Even just sat freshly booted to the home screen would see it just reboot itself after 30 seconds to10 minutes.Great when it worked. Returns polocy ridiculously short so no way to return a faulty item.Be very wary of these type of devices from brands you haven't heard of.

Does what it says.

A very well built, light weight and good looking compact android box that gives great picture quality. I bought it for kodi and put on my favorite apps from the play store with no issues. I also connected my external hard drives and this box has 2 USB ports that support this. The timer in front is a great blessing to keep a track of time.

Excellent device. However the sound cables on the instruction book were not in the box

I ordered this product, all the time stop working, froozing and now competly broken down after a month. Rubbish.
