I bought this for my husband and he is delighted with it. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. You have to download an app onto your phone and connect it via Bluetooth to set it up. It does what it says and each day syncs with the phone which keeps an ongoing record. To charge it you just disconnect half the strap and plug the tracker into a USB port to charge it - just check wattage is correct. For the money it is excellent value. As he has only had it a few days I m not sure how often it will need charging but it does charge up very quickly.

A handy little gadget which I use for measuring steps and mileage --used in concert with the Very Fit Pro app. It holds charge very well,though the display, understandably, is difficult to see in daylight.
