They were at all times professional and most concerned with my satisfaction. They worked diligently to understand the situation and then continued to work with me until a satisfactory resolution was achieved. I commend them for their perseverance and tireless actions in getting this issue settled, and would have no problem in dealing with them again. As with any manufactured item, there is always the possibility of a malfunction, but it is the manner in which the issue is handled that is the true measure of the supplier.
