Had this item for only a few days now, I must admit that I was not sure what you will get with this but I have to say WOW, This thing is fast, The screen is a bit low on full brightness so not sure this is 500nts and think it maybe more close to 350-400nts, However photos and video look excellent and the speakers are brill for the size. The only down side I would mention is their UI, Its a bit weird and sometime hard to find things and there is no setting for sunlight so not sure this would be any good in full sunlight..Also there is no GPS on this, But tether to your phones hotspot and hay you can use google maps on the go.....However I am very impressed with this and for what you get, much better and cheaper than paying out £599 for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ 9/10 for me,,,,But only time will tell.

Banging device play wzm and others easy no lag very clean crisp display

My first Redmi product and I can say this is a great tablet for the price. I have used the samsungs and a couple of others and apart from camera quality which isn't a problem the rest of the hardware performs very well. I have run the tests on most casino's and ram hungry apps and this just doesn't slow down whatsoever. I always keep the cache clear after every use and this will help and just don't fill it with crap lol. Charges fast as well and for this price range has impressive sound, I use a graphic EQ to make it sound even better.

Very nice tablet got it on a deal not full price. If you’re looking at changing from apple to android it might be the one for you. It has a similar interface. I would think carefully about android tablets in general they are not optimised for all programs. Graphics are noticeably bad sometimes which is a shame. Think carefully if you want to change tablets it might not be worth it for you. Sound is great and tv shows etc. it runs normal tasks very well. It has a very fast processor optional sd card tray I got the 256 version access to google play store. Worth purchasing

Absolutely fantastic tablet. Has more memory and ram. Does everything better. And doesn't crash all the time

Despite this being reviewed everywhere as a budget tablet, it runs like a dream. Better than most laptops I've owned. Obviously there will be premium features lacking, but that's very fairly reflected in the price. What you get for your money is pretty stunning. Highly recommended.

Returned. The system kept downloading random games, and when I removed them they were reinstalled! Went to get a coffee and while I was away it had installed four. It's also chock full of Xiaomi apps that you can't get rid of that live on your home screen taking space. Shame as I liked their e-scooters.

I read many reviews before buying this and this pad is a great value for money. Bought this for my daughter who is very happy with the extra storage (256GB version) and the responsiveness.
