Adjustable and not bulky. This doesn't smell like your typical insect repellent which is a huge must for us. We tried them out tonight and they work fantastic. I will deffinitly be re-ordering again once we run out. These Repellent bracelets are just what we needed to beat the mosquito's while we enjoy the warm weather outside down in Florida!
