Abstract Ocean Tempered Glass (9H) Screen Protector for The Tesla Model 3 (Matte)

It fits perfectly but the three tabs of tape included are not sticky enough to stay in place when peeling the film off of the glass. This happened to me and the glass fell and got lint all over it. I tried to clean it the installed it but now my brand new car has a control screen that looks terrible.It’s a shame because the product is great but of all things that makes the product a waste something simple as three pieces of tape to help on install fail. Had they not included the tape I would have used my own which I know would hold, And i would not had wasted the screen protector.

There's a lot that's fantastic about this screen protector. - It fits perfectly - It was relatively easy to install - Looks good all the time, very resistant to visible finger printsThe only problem is the Matte finish. It makes the screen too blurry. Also the screen becomes unreadable if it's in direct sunlight. I'm struggling with whether I should remove the screen protector.I'd definitely recommend Abstract Ocean though. They sell a non-matte version. I haven't used it but I imagine I'd prefer it.

First off, the quality of the tempered glass is fantastic. The packaging is very nicely done and there are videos online that explain in great detail how to install the product.I was ready to give this an easy 5 star review until I realized, the screen protector I received was upside-down based on sticker placement. You see the Model 3 touchscreen actually has a small curved protrusion at the bottom and Abstract Ocean made this tempered glass to fit that perfectly. Somehow the product I received had the film layer flipped. After the 20 minutes I spent making sure there was no dust and then aligning the corners of the screen protector as perfectly as i could, I removed the static film cover as shown in the video on the website and was left with a small protrusion at the bottom of my new model 3.I thought I could live with it, but it really bothered me, so a few hours later, I removed the screen and rotated it and it fit perfectly. As you all known dust is a fickle beast and in the process of just flipping it around a few specks of dust managed to get in under it. While from a normal glance you can't notice it, when you look closely you can see dust specks that are now impossible to remove from the glass. I can live with it, but I didn't pay a premium price for just okay.*update*: Was sent a new screen by Abstract Ocean, so I'm glad they remedied the issue. Updating from 2 stars to 4. As another user posted, it does make the screen a bit blurrier, but overall I'm happy with the results.

I was hoping this would hide the fingerprints, but they still show up on this protector. Plus, when sunlight hits the screen, it's impossible to see it (such as when the backup camera is on). I don't remember the glare was as bad before I put the protector on, but it might have been. Overall, I don't think this helps much. And it's not cheap!

There appears to be MORE glare than advertised. This product is now listed as $16.99 on Abstract Oceans website.I do not recommend this product if you intend for decreased glare. Abstract Ocean loses some integrity as the drastic price fluctuation in just a month does not make for happy customers.

The matte glass looks great and works perfectly. Much better than I expected.Entertaining instructions too.

I'm kind of surprised the ratings this gets given how blurry it makes the screen. Wish that was made obvious on the product description as I wouldn't have wasted my money.
