Wooden Pie Dolly Mould - Primitive Kitchen Tool for Pie Making

This pork pie mold is great! You’re supposed to press down on the dough disk and work it up the sides but, since I typically don’t wait for the dough to chill and set long enough, I find it easier to turn the bottom side up, wrap a piece of plastic wrap over it, put the dough on top and work it downward over the dolly. Then I can easily take the dough cup off and fill it. The pork pies have been a hit with my British friend!

Super high quality, and make traditional pie making WAY more fun. Raised pies are the bomb!

Easy to use, pie crust comes away easily which is a HUGE benefit. Would like to see the wood oiled with an edible oil before use.

A well made pie dolly for making hand raise pies. It doesn’t take long to get used to making the pastry mold with the dolly. When using remember to flour it well before use. Made two pork pies and really pleased with results.

Beautiful but I find it a little too tall …and I have large hands. But makes making pies so much easier.
