With soft materials (such as tarpaulins, rubber, etc.) the bonding joint remains elastic. Water-, cold- and heat-resistant Chemicals resistant With transparent materials (such as glass, perspex, etc.) the bonding joint remains transparent. No gluing of the dosing tip. INSTRUCTION FOR APPLICATION Thoroughly clean off all the dirt, fat, oil and adhesive residues from the surface to be bonded. We recommend HG Cleaner for this purpose. Properly ventilate work rooms! In the event of extreme fractures or cracks fill up the missing material with HG Granulate. The filling depth should not be more than 2 mm. (For deeper cracks apply in layers!)Tip: place waxy paper under the bonding area. (e.g. baking paper)Saturate the HG Granulate with the HG Adhesive. A chemical reaction occurs!Caution: Heat and vapours are generated! Wear suitable protective gloves and protective goggles! Do not inhale the vapours!Properly ventilate work rooms! After hardening (between 20-60 min depending on the materials), the chemical weld can be worked on e.g. drilled, thread-cut, ground, painted, coated, etc. Without pre-treatment, PP, PE, and silicone cannot be connected to each other. If these materials but only be stuck together with adhesives, you only get a bonding, and no firm gluing. Primer allows gluing to happen.
