Ideal for weight gain.
I used to buy a supplement that was more of a post workout sports product but I really wanted a specific weight gain item, this is slightly lower on protein but higher on carbs and a lot higher on calories. I've tried a few different products but this is certainly most suited to what I need. I do generally add cream , coconut milk, egg powder or fruit but does the job just with water or milk. Does not bloat you or suppress your appetite and have no problem eating regular meals. A 4 kg tub lasts just short of a month but I'd certainly recommend it for people who want to pack on a few pounds.

Expensive and didn't put on any weight.
This was a nice chocalate protein shake that filled me up between meals. didn't do much else.

SAMPLES DOUBLE THE PRICE SINCE I LAST ORDERED
70g samples used to cost 1.49 UK and now its 2.99 for a 70g sample !!!! WHY PROTEIN LAB !!!! Shame because i used to buy multiple pouches at once for convenience because i was on a budget . Its a great gainer though and helped me bulk up by about 20lbs when i was really focused on the 'GAINZ' lads . You used to be able to get 6 samples for under £10 and now you can only get 3 . Now thats not helping me with the GAINZ is it :(

I enjoyed this shake alot. I was extremely skeptical about going with this as I was was going to go with something more high end like Mutant Mass. But the customer service was amazing and this is extremely good value for money! In terms of shipping they delivered on their next day guarantee!Will be buying from these guys again soon.
