Great for red light sauna use
Got them for red light sauna use at the gym. Been a week and they work great. Protects from the red light but allows the LED screen in the sauna to be easy to read. Would buy again. Much for comfortable than tanning goggles

Good eye protection for red light therapy
I wanted a way to protect my eyes during red light therapy but I don't like blackout goggles because they tend to be uncomfortable. These are great! I got the extra dark version and they aren't completely black out but they make the red light way less intense which is great. These fit well and are comfortable. Affordable too!

True black lenses. They fit well and I feel they will be more protective than the goggles some people are using. These aren't sunglasses but true blackout lenses and the red light therapy sessions in these glasses will be more relaxing as I won't be so worried about eye damage.
