Absolutely Fabulous!!!
Every recipe I’ve made so far has been amazingly delish. Cookies and Cream cookies are incredible, and the Baked Oatmeal, too. I made the oatmeal for my husband to take to Men’s Breakfast at church, which was easy to put together. I didn’t expect for men to be stopping me at church the next day, just to rave about the oatmeal. Thanks, Shelly! I look forward to making more of your wonderful recipes. Update: July 2024 I continue to enjoy the recipes in this cookbook. The Hot Fudge Sauce is absolutely perfect!! And we so enjoy her recipe for the Avocado-Lime dressing for taco salad. Love it!!!!

Love it!
I'm an American living in the U.K. so the measurements are not a problem for me. Also note, "powdered sugar" or "icing sugar" in the U.K. and cream cheese are slightly different beasts from the US versions so recipes involving those ingredients will turn out slightly different here. Overall I love the cookbook so much though that I've bought two as gifts for fellow American friends. The Macaroni and Cheese recipe is the best!
