Apply a generous amount of activate over all nails. Wait two minutes. 3. File nails until smooth and desired shape. 4. Apply another generous amount of activate. Wait two minutes. (I apply nail art/stickers at this point if needed) 5. Apply one layer of top coat. Wait two minutes. 6. Apply final layer of top coat. 7. Apply hand cream or cuticle oil.
