Not a very useful or well written book. There are better diet books out there and Green Tea or Mulberry tea with do the same. Beware of ordering the tea from her website because they will send you a PDF link rather than any physical products. If you want the book order it from AMAZON because that would be safer and cheaper than her online offer which was suppose to be the tea.

I order tea bags I got a book. Very disappointed

I received this book just yesterday and I am already halfway through it. There is a lot of good information in it that I never new about it was an eye opener for some of the myths out there. GreT structure to help keep you focused and committed.

Wonderful Tea just have to get used to the taste without adding anything to it.

I was pleased and surprised with this product. I'm a heavy coffee drinker, and have only tried hot tea a few times/seldom. The first cup of this tea, (prepared as recommended), was a very pleasant surprise! The color, aroma, smoothness, was enough difference that I carried a cup and a few tea bags around the community. All who tasted it immediately said, "I can/will drink that". The natural lack of caffeine, moves it into a nice evening cup!

Excellent loosing weight as easy as it says and fast. Feeling better a nd not selling me anything except the book! The ingredients for the tea I found at Amazon in bulk which is more affordable 😃👌
