First of all, the seller's legit, dont worry bout that, now to the gpu, 100% of games at recommended settings and ure prbly gonna max out most games settings in 1080p, in 1440p its more so entry-level, its comparable to a 6700xt, XeSS is better than FSR imo +16GB of vram incase u use it for render and stuff. Drivers have matured over the time so don't worry about that. Overall, great card, get it if it's the best valued card you can get
