Very disappointing. Edited customer service changed the game to 4 star
The box was damaged from shipping. One wheel missing. Package of nuts and bolts missing. The main hoop had only two the three holes โpunched outโ so we couldnโt assemble even if we had the parts. The main pole that goes into the center was bent. I did start a return. The new box contained all the parts. But now I have to get a box thatโs not damaged and fit all this back and try to send back so I donโt get charged for two. If I had to do all over I wouldnโt have purchased this at all. Even tho it was replaced. Itโs a piece of junk and way overpriced. 11/29/24 the seller contacted me and offered another replacement or full refund. The replacement was a lot better. All pieces were in the box and fit accordingly. Iโll give them another try. Customer service helped a lot to change my review.
