I would give this product 4 stars because you have to get used to the taste. Do keep in mind it has natural sweetner STEVIA but in very minimal quantity added so I honestly can't expect much but if I were to describe the taste when added to water it would be like karela (bitter gourd) soup without salt or seasonings, definitely it is not pleasant but then all good things doesn't come easy.So if you are a Bournvita drinker or have a sweet tooth and cannot compromise on taste then add it to your fav soup (I tried with tomato soup, tasted brilliant) or sprinkle it on the food until you get a hang of it.My energy is high after taking it and it fills you up as your body is digesting and utilizing everything you just consumed. The package carries a Manufacturing date of May 2018 and the product is best before 18 months. It is nearly end of April 2019 now, which means about 2/3 of the shelf life is already exhausted. Why couldn’t they ship a product made very recently? The first impression about this premium priced product is therefore poor.Thus only 2 stars !!!

the product does not taste all that great and its just 10 sachets. you will have to take it every for at least a month to make out any difference. The product is priced too high and there are better competitively priced products in the market.

Since I travel frequently, my diet normally goes for a toss. Sometimes, I find fresh food and at other times not. And then I discovered Super Greens through a friend. I tried it a couple of times with her. And then I thought, this is easy to carry around to get my nutrient dose on a regular basis. I have been eating this for about a week now, and I see a distinct difference in my stamina levels. It comes in a box of 10 sachets and the mixture has 22 super foods. The easy bit is that I can have it with water. There are options for having it mixed in a shake or a soup too, but for the girl on the road, water is the best available option. Even if you are not on the go, this is a good supplement for those who live in cities where the pace is so hurried.

Travelling over the last few weeks this has been a real life saver. There is absolute no replacement to actual green vegetables but this comes in handy when there is no access to your daily dose of fibers and greens or prices are very high (1 Salad in the European Union is a minimum of 10EUR or 800INR at time of writing).Each packet is has 25% (2.5 g) of alkaline: meaning that it has the enough base pH to neutralize the acidic effects of high protein diet that is part of a bulking diet. This takes care of the not getting particularly acidic after a meal.The greens and antioxidants which makes up for 50% (5g) of the total content of the pack makes for one meal worth of greens. It is best had mixed with a soup but otherwise I must warn you about the obnoxious taste.Fibers are 12% (1.2g) and is negligible but I guess that makes the bulk of the mix. The mix is ok but the individual components can be purchased at way lower cost. But the weather proof packing and that at least two custom check points did not flag this item makes it ideal for travel. If you are looking for daily intake this is not for you as it is exorbitantly costly (@80INR/sachet). Try to get the contents from regular diet. If not buy the supplements individually as it will last you 120 consumption for this cost instead of the 10 servings that this comes for.My four star because of its nutrient value and one star less because of the extremely high cost.

After using their Coq10 with turmeric, I tried this product for my fatigue, due to irregularity of meals and meals on the go are never worthy of nutrition, really. The turmeric curcumin with Coq10 really aided for the stamina and inflammation as well - this naturally and artfully combined mix of all important greens really give you that extra boost of energy, as well as providing much needed nutrients and all.
