A good and nice product which really helps to organize office letters and documents. How about increasing the vertical space of lower and middle reck by an inch? Hope Kincart Team would take a note of it. Amazon's package and delivery service were superb, thumbs up to you all.

Build quality could have been better. One of the shelves' metal mesh was coming off at the front border at the time of delivery itself, but decided to live with it and some DIY repair rather than the hassle of return, and it's been serving me fine ever since - fulfilling the modest demands my desk places on it.
