- BAGASSE MINI BOWLS: Made from the residual waste fibers of sugar cane which are produced after pressing as a waste product through the course of sugar production . By using these fibers, a stable disposable product is created, which can be used as a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastic trays, aluminum trays, or cardboard boxes where extra wood has to be grown.
- USE: The Bagasse Mini cups are suitable for both private and professional use to offer dips, sauces, snacks and small finger food and tapas dishes on the buffet or directly on the table. The small, unbleached sugar cane bio mini cups are perfect for private use as an environmentally friendly party tableware, as well as for commercial use in restaurants for the takeaway and To-Go business. The sugar cane cups are made from the residual fibers, which remain as a waste product when the sugar cane plants are pressed in the sugar production. These residual fibers, instead of being disposed of, can also be processed to the so-called "pulp", a fiber slurry which can be used instead of a wood-based cellulose, which has to be specially grown, for the production of disposable packaging and disposable utensils. Disposable dishes made from sugar cane, also known as bagasse dishes, can be used as an alternative to carton or plastic disposable tableware and are certified biodegradable.
