Simply perfection! Assembles in 20 minutes! I LOVE IT!
The media could not be loaded. I just moved into a new home and needed new furniture. I love things that look old and have multiple antique items from my grandmother. This cocktail table is just what I wanted. Understand what you want before you order it. It is not meant to be perfect. It is meant to be rustic yet functional with a lot of character. It blends well with old and new having the black wrought iron legs. The wood is real wood. It is not particle board. It is not totally smooth but that is what I love about it. It looks rustic yet stylish. The top measures 48" in length and 24" wide. The sides are dropped down and make the thickness appear 2 1'4". The wood is sutic and does show small inclusions or holes. The screw holes on the sides are not filled in. They are not suppose to be. Hence the rustic appearance of barn wood. The bottom of the table sits approximately 11" from the top. That is the clearance level you have between the top and bottom shelf. The bottom shelf measures 45" in length and is 20 1/4" wide. Slightly smaller than the top.The table measures about 18" from the top of the table to the floor. There are black metal cross bars for support on each end of the table. These are well made and sturdy. This table was so easy to assemble within 20 minutes time. Literally from unpacking to finished product. Not too involved and easy to read instructions are included. The only thing I found was it should tell you to install the bottom of the table FIRST before the top. I managed to loosed the side screws and get the bottom in place but is will be easier to install the bottom first.Overall I couldn't be more please with this table. It looks like it cost 3 times what I paid for it. It is made to last and not a boxed set like found at Walmart. If you have questions or need additional images or information please ask. I am happy to oblige if I can.

I now own two of these~
11/11/19 update: Our second table just arrived very early today. (bought one last year too). I again highly recommend this table. I have two coffee tables now, and we also ordered the end tables last year. With both a living room and den to furnish, this is money well spent. This one is even nicer than the one last year, a bit richer in color. Goes perfectly with my 1980-something oak wall unit I refuse to part with! The instructions say two people are needed to assemble, but in both cases, I did it myself alone. Solid wood planks, no MDF, no laminate, no veneers. If you need to assemble it yourself, without help, do this: Have an old quilt or two and spread it out on the floor. Remove the tools from the table top (stapled underneath), turn the table top face down on the quilt to avoid scratching. Assemble the two legs to the bottom panel first (if you have a cube or ottoman or similar object, use that to prop up the other end, which you attach the legs to the first end. After attaching the legs to one end, and hand tightening them, then you can attach the opposing legs, and no longer need the ottoman or box to hold it up. Once the bottom is assembled, turn it upside down and secure the lower half to the top half where the pre-drilled holes are and secure the bolts. Tighten all the bolts on all connections after assembly. Just gorgeous. Thank you to this company for providing wood furniture at awesome prices.Original review (first table): Love it. Bought for just over 100 dollars 2 months ago. It's a bit bigger than I expected. I was able to put together by myself. I suggest assembling on a thick old blanket or pad, to avoid damaging the planks. My dog walked across mine! Once assembled, it's solid. Handsome. It is wood, not fiber board. Surface distressed to look reclaimed. My table is rather dark.

Quality product with style at a reasonable price
I'm really pleased with this table, especially for the price. The combination of reclaimed wood with metal is a sharp look.It is relatively easy to assemble. A pre-sealed packet which contains the screws, washers and tool needed is provided. As I was putting it together I thought how great it was that the hardware came in a sealed package because that meant no missing pieces. Wrong. I was one flat washer short. I guess the error occurred in the factory where the hardware packages were produced. I found a (non-flat) washer in my garage to use, but was prepared to reach out to Amazon to request a replacement if the slight difference in width caused any wobbling in the table. So far, so good.Steps for assembly (upside down) are to attach legs to underside of the top and then add shelf. I don't see how to get the shelf into place without leaving legs on at least one side of the table loose enough that you can pull them apart to get the shelf into place, and THEN tighten after it's secured. Also, while table is upside down, the directions make it appear (to me, at least) that you place the shelf on top of the metal pieces which support it. Nope. The shelf goes UNDER the metal pieces and the screws are tightened from the top while someone holds the shelf in place (or you use your knees to hold it there by yourself, as I did). Keep in mind, entire paragraph of instructions are all written to take place while the table is UPSIDE DOWN, so don't get confused by the references to "top" and "under". They are relative to the upside down position during assembly.Even with time spent to look for a washer in my garage, figure out the instructions and change placement of the bottom shelf, assembly took me less than 1 hour. The end product is beautiful and I am happy with my purchase.

Well built coffee table
I bought this as a substitute for a much more expensive Pottery Barn coffee table and am very pleased with it. It is a sturdy, well-built table. Assembly was easy and quick. It doesn’t feel cheap, doesn’t wobble and just feels like a solid table. Has a rustic look. The coloring has a bit more of an orangish hue than I’d have wanted but I still like it, am satisfied with it & will be keeping it.
