If you wish to carry female or kids bike thats not an issue as you can use the bike frame adapter available in the Bike Rack Accessories Department. Fitting the carrier is really simple, with easy to read instructions fitting shouldnand#39;y take too long. There is a small bit of assembly required such as fitting the bike mounting points and the strap clamps but its about 30 minutes max. You also need a 10mm spanner and a philips head screwdriver. Once you do it the first time you wonand#39;t have to do it again. The carrier sits onto the boot lid/rear door and is held on with adjustable straps which hook onto the edge/jam of the boot lid at the top, sides and bottom making it really secure. If you dont have metal on the sides or top of the boot lid, donand#39;t fear. They have an alternative way of mounting if needed. The arms which is the bikes sit on are adjutable to suit the angle of your vehicle. It is important to have it at the correct angle so your bikes are safe. Constructed of 30mm steel tubing you can trust that the bike rack is durable to withstand any conditions its put through. The bicycle mounting points and fasteners have an anti-scratch plastic coating to maintain the clean look and last longer.
