Tippitoes Tippitoes Standard Bath (White with Grey)

I didn't buy this for a baby...I bought it for my small dog! However, I am sure this review will cover both species.I was very pleased with the bath. It is roomy and has space at the end for soap or a small shampoo bottle. The drainage plug is invaluable as it can be used in a shower with plug open allowing it to continuously drain. Although the bath is lightweight enough to easily move around, it is fairly stable and well made.I think the price was very good for this item and would recommend it to baby and dog owners alike!

This is a brilliant bath which we have moved on to from the mini bath. My baby loves the freedom to hold on to the sides and kick her legs. She's 11 months old (2 months premature) and there is plenty of growing room for her. I believe she will be able to use this for another year at least. It fits perfectly into my household bath and means I don't have to waste water filling the normal bath up. The bath is very sturdy and even more so filled with water, so there is no chance of it tipping.

We only have a walk-in shower and so washing the little fellow needs a little assistance and this is the second bath we've bought from Tippitoes (we had the smaller one when he was first born). The larger size is good now he is 16 months and it should last him until he is a few years old and hopefully we can get him to shower! The disadvantage of this is that there isn't enough grip in the bath which means he is inclined to slip more than I would like, especially if he decides to stand up while I am washing him, so you have to keep a hand on your child at all times. The rubber drain stopper can sometimes be a little tough to pull out, this is worse than the smaller model but it is only a minor concern.Overall I would recommend it and more so if they addressed the flaws above.

I wanted to buy a bath that would stand the test of time of a growing child so didn't want to buy any mini bath etc. This one will, I think, last a long time as it is very sturdy and although I wanted larger bath it does feel wide for a new born so I will buy a foam bath support for the baby to use until its a little older. It has the plug for draining which is ideal for me and I love the sections at the end for soap and sponge.

I found baths from places such as mothercare to be really small and narrow, and baths at babiesrus had bad reviews (saying the plughole leaked) so I looked around for a bath and saw this. I thought it looked really attractive and a decent size unlike the others I had seen. It's a great size, it says you can use it up until 12 months but you could easily fit a child much older in there. It looks lovely and is really sturdy. It's the nicest bath I've come across and I'm really happy!

I bought this baby bath to place in the bath to bathe my border terrier! It is absolutely brilliant as the big bath remains clean and the dirty water goes down the plug hole. When the weather is warm he can be bathed outside and it is the right size to help him feel secure. Bath times are no longer traumatic. I would recommend to anyone with a small dog.

Well made, solid and a decent size length, width and depth-wise which will suit a bigger baby well into its second year. Convenient storage slots, and baby can hold onto sides using grips. Why, oh why does it not have an anti-slip base?? Be prepared to hold on tight to your baby, who will slip all over the place unless you buy a bath mat that fits into it, thereby covering the easy-drainage hole. To my mind, this would have been a nearly perfect product if it weren't for this one glaring omission.

Too big for a new born. Too big to store anywhere. Very deep, steep edges, can't rinse and stand up on side. Badly balanced when proped up after a clean. Difficult to bathe a baby on your own. It's like the bath has been designed for 3 year olds, not babies. Bad buy.
