BundleBean - Babywearing Fleece Lined Cover - Waterproof Cover for All Weathers - Sling Cover Fits All Size Slings & Carriers (Sage Grey Polar Bear)

I really wanted this to work for us. I loved the pattern and eschewed the branded cover (designed for our carrier) in favour of this one. But it is bulky and heavy - so pulls on the front of the sling. The hood can only be used when the child is parent facing, thus preventing its use when it’s raining (and your child faces out) and the cover doesn’t fit snugly to the sling, meaning there are gaps for the wind to whistle through. Also I couldn’t fathom how to attach it securely to the sling with the long elasticated velcro straps. I spent ages trying to get it to work for us, but to no avail.

This is amazing. It is a bit expensive but it’s uses are so numerous I feel it pays for itself overtime. I’ve so far used it on my newborn in a fabric sling, as a breastfeeding cover in winter, and as a food muff in a pram.It is very easy to use however you like with 4 Velcro straps that are able to attach together around you, or to attach to themselves around the pram frame.It is incredibly waterproof, only downside is this leads to rain channeling from the hood onto your chest (I have worked around this by tucking the hood into part of my raincoat so the rain doesn’t run down it).It is entirely wind proof, the front pocket keeps my hands warmer than gloves, and my newborn hasn’t needed a snowsuit or extra layers in winter.I can’t say how it will be in the summer, I would imagine too hot, I am already planning on buying the fleece less thin version for summer! I’ve been recommending this to all the mums who’ve commented on it.

I love my bundlebean carrier cover. I walk a lot with my 2 months old in her carrier or wrap and I wouldn’t be without this now! It’s so easy to pop over her that I even use it to nip to the garage or when I go into the garden to feed the birds. The inside fleece layer is extremely soft and keeps her warm, but not too warm and the rain just runs straight off the waterproof outer layer. The removable hood is great for when she wants to be nosy too. I love the little pouch which you can pop small items in or use to keep your hands warm. I have had many positive comments from people too, the design is unique and very attractive. I’ve only had mine a shirt while but the quality seems long lasting and hard wearing. It’s also worth noting that the little pouch/bag it comes with is extremely handy to keep it neatly packed away when out and about but not needing to use it. Highly recommend this for anyone needed a weather proof cover.

I bought this for my carrier, it works well but it is a bit fiddly to get it fitted. I haven't worked out how to secure this when I'm on my own and need help with the Velcro fastening which isn't great when i don't have anyone else around. Once sorted then this is great and keeps my daughter dry and warm.I love getting out and about where you just can't take a pram so needed something extra for when the weather isn't great when I'm carrying my daughter and this ticks most of the boxes.

Absolutely fantastic for wearing over a carrier. Really cute design, warm, and really waterproof (got stuck out walking the dog in the pouring rain and my baby remained completely dry throughout). Fleece lining is really cosy and means you don’t need to layer up before putting your baby in the carrier, therefore if still wanting to keep your child in the carrier after the walk inside, they won’t bake, as you just remove the bundle bean and carry on. Removable hood is also very handy. Has Velcro straps to attach around you (no real guidance on how to do these, so I just wrap them around my back and it seems to work!)-this makes it versatile with any carrier. Also has a handy bag to store it in which makes it seem much smaller, therefore easier to transport around (under pram, in baby’s bag etc). Also very lightweight.

This cover is thick, cosy and best of all, it’s waterproof. It covers my baby very well and it has loads of room for when he grows older (he’s currently 9 months). The hood is large so it covers his head and face well. There are 4 Velcro scraps that tie around the carrier and you can pretty much tie them how and wherever you want. I would highly recommend this product to all parents/guardians who have a baby carrier.

It's a great idea, so warm and I love the green polar bear pattern.However, why on earth they chose to design it with lurid orange Velcro is beyond me - it's hideous and so visible especially if you are wearing baby forward-facing and need to adapt the hood. It's so ugly - black or grey would have been perfect.Secondly, it's not immediately obvious (no instructions) that the bright orange Velcro fastenings don't actually fasten together, but to the black strapping. Brief instructions would be very helpful.

I bought this carry cover as have to walk the school run twice a day and as it’s autumn I know we’re in for some rain. It’s kept us warm and dry and am pleased it fits the bottom of our buggy too as a foot muff. As it goes up to age 4 the hood is rather too large for my newborn, but some pegs soon fixed it in place instead. I like that you can wear it in different ways and the print has got lots of compliments. I think it’s more versatile than a baby wearing coat and will be useful for longer for us. Highly recommend.
