Went faulty after 2 weeks
Unfortunately, the solar charger started to become faulty after just a couple weeks use while I was on a trip. It simply stopped charging up efficiently even when using USB and a couple of the lights indicating the battery levels also died. The unit was never exposed to water or any major shakes, so I can only assume it was poorly built. While it was working though, the power bank was good. Slightly disappointed with the strength of the solar panel, only really to be used in emergencies. 30 minutes of sunlight was equivalent to roughly 5% on my iPhone...

I'm not convinced that tollcuudda solar charger is an excellent product at all
I'm not convinced that tollcuudda solar charger is an excellent product at all. It would have been if their claims were true. The solar portion does not work at all ; the battery side works but cannot charge my android phone twice over at full charge.I give them credit. for immaculate construction.I'm sure that they can come back strong if they do their home work well next time.Thanks.

He loved it and can't wait to try it out
Bought this for my father in law as we have one. We take ours camping to charge our phones and beach radio. He loved it and can't wait to try it out.

I bought a Tollcuudda charger and it won't charge anything up! Can't find Tollcuudda's contact details either. Not good.

Better than many of the cheep power vault types
I spent the weekend at a festival. Our 2 iPhones and the pack were fully charged on Friday morning. The solar panel was clipped to the outside of our buggy the whole time. Cloud cover for the entire weekend was very limited. My wife barely used hers but mine was munching power at a rapid rate, because the poor signal.By Monday evening the pack was down to 1 light, (out of 4,) which makes me highly suspicious some of the claims. However, it did the job I required of it, with some to spare, so I'm not going to be too critical.

Great for campers and walkers.
I bought this because we do a lot of walking and I am always taking photographs with my phone and inevitably use up all the battery. I particularly liked this one because of the solar recharge feature, I can hang it on the back of my rucksack with the supplied spring clip and it tops up the charge whilst we are out and about, i have tested it charging my phone and pad, it charged my phone fully and still had charge left for my pad. The power pack also charges from a phone charger using mini Usb. The power pack has a built in torch and sos signal, another good feature for walkers. I would advise fully charging the power pack with cable and just use the solar panel top up when needed. Their are a bank of blue lights that let you know the amount of charge left in the pack. The case is very tough and has a cover over the charge sockets that will keep the rain out.

Excellent capacity and rugged design.
I like this extremely rugged looking powerbank. It looks and feels built to last and it seems like it could get away with a few knocks and scrapes. The torch on the end is a great idea as this really is designed for activities such as camping or hiking. There is a generous 15000mah storage capacity which equates to a few mobile charges or the running of a tablet for a good few hours - this of course also makes it ideal for day trips.I recently had a powercut in the house, at which point this came in useful in keeping my phone topped up, so its great for emergencies - the two USB slots mean that you can always share the power.Well worth paying out for to have something with a large capacity ready to go.
