Great tent for the money, six years running.price!
UPDATE (4/23/19) - I've had the tent for six yeas and it is holding up well. I do about 5 trips a year with it. (5 trips x 6 years = 30 trips, $199 / 30 = $6.63 per trip, not bad) Mostly summer and fall. No tears, zippers are holding up and poles are in good shape. I've had a few holes in the bottom but to be expected.Bought this tent for a week long truck-camping trip to Yellowstone NP. When the tent arrived I was a bit skeptical of the size because the bag for the tent seemed tiny. Anyhow, I set up the tent in the garage before I went to on the trip. It was super-easy to put up and I was really happy with the size. The front vestibule has a separate pole and inserting/removing this pole into the nylon pocket was the only thing that took a bit longer than expected but not a huge deal.It fits a queen size blow-up Coleman mattress with a bit of room on the sides for some gear (not much.) But when in Yellowstone, you have to keep pretty much everything in your vehicle so not a big deal. As soon as I arrived at my camp site I set up the tent as there were some looming storm clouds. It rained constantly (hard at times) all night and into the AM. The inside of the tent stayed bone-dry and the vestibules on both ends really assisted in giving you a dry place store shoes or gear. I kept a small hand broom by the front door which helped keep the ground cover clean as well. Only thing that was a "small-hassel" was reaching the zipper of the vestibule to open it up. I'm not a spry young guy anymore and it was a comical stretch each mooring to get that open. Again a minimal issue. The campsite I was staying in had a lot of other campers using other tents that I looked at online and I think my choice for the High Peak South Col was a good choice. A few Coleman 4-Person Evanston tents were near me (other tent I was looking at). I liked the price of that tent but the vestibule is all mesh so it provided no additional dry space during the rain.All-in-all, great tent for the price. I would buy another if needed one. I did notice that even with a ground tarp I did get a small hole (.125") in the floor that will need a patch but wear and tear means your camping!

Great 4 season tent so far
A couple of things to note on this tent:1l) So far I've spent only 6 nights total in it and while it did rain one night (no problems with condensation or leaking) our testing is not yet done.2) Of the nights spent in it we only hit 28 degrees as a low. At the time we were using a Thermarest Xtherm sleeping pad and a 15 degree Marmot Trestle sleeping bag, with long pants and shirts on, and we were very comfortable in this tent with that sleep system. (Froze my tail off when I had to step outside of the tent in the middle of the night so my coziness was definitively due to the sleep system and tent.)3) I've not seen how this holds up in wind yet. It may be awesome (felt and looked very sturdy) but I can't say it would definitively do well in X mph, so I can't yet review its ability to take a beating. So far it is VERY roomy for 2 people and 2 packs inside. 3 people would be "snug" (definitely doable since a queen size mattress did fit inside when we car camped with it for 2 nights) and packs couldn't comfortably stay inside with you. The vestibules are BIG! Make sure to zip the vestibules up all the way (makes a HUGE difference in warmth) outside the tent body, and be aware that only one vestibule fully unzips. The tent has 2 doors, but when hatches are battered down you have only 1 exit since only one side of the cover/rainfly has a zipper (unless you want to tango with a staked down vestibule at 3 am). This tent has been great so far, but be aware that it is just over 9 lbs (for a 4 season tent at this price point I was okay with that). Just be aware that it is a heavier tent for backpacking. We have backpacked comfortably with it, but just adjust your loadout in other areas to accommodate the additional weight.I'll update after more testing.

Fall/Winter/Spring
I love this tent. I find the color to be a touch obnoxious, but I hunt out of it. In the fall blue and silver stick out for miles. It is a bit heavy, but if you are hauling stuff back in the bush and are going to be living out of the thing for a couple of days I really love the set up. I actually sit in mine and cook out of the front of it. Can accommodate two medium adults. It is a three season tent (fall, winter, and spring). Seriously, don't use this thing in the summer or you will melt inside of it. There is really no way to cool the thing off short of taking the cover off the top which will take its waterproof qualities out of the picture. This is a great tent for a great price. I'm very glad I bought it.update 2018: I hunted elk for a week out of this tent in Colorado last year with a friend. We had a group of three and the other person had his own tent. First thing about the tent that I would note is that it is VERY heavy and bulky compared to other tents people are using. I had not used it for such extreme hiking before and this time is wore on me big time. Now this is not a 1000 dollar tent and it is made for 4 seasons so you give and you take in that regard. But you should know if you are hiking this tent weighs a lot compared to similar set ups. If you can get past the bulk and weight this thing was great. It never leaked. It was bombproof and the vestibule was very nice to have. We even stayed warmer in this tent than our buddy in his single tent. I stood the tests of wind, short hail, and rain. I have every confidence in the tent.
