Alexander Francis Calabria Outdoor Grey Rattan Sofa with Coffee Table and Footstool, 3 Seat Grey Rattan Wicker Garden Furniture - Fully Assembled

I hesitated to buy a garden set online because you can't tell how comfortable it is! I was reassured by the thick cushions on this sofa and it came fully assembled for the same price as self assembly. This is a sturdy product , good quality and very comfortable. Nice colour grey. Plus big enough for my 6foot tall son to really stretch out. I m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. This is a perfect addition to our patio. The process was well organised with the necessary emails advising of the delivery process. The courier company got in touch to arrange delivery as a large package on a pallet needed to be received not 'left in a safe place'. The delivery man was helpful placing the pallet in our garage as it was raining. (Typical! We have had weeks without rain!!!) The package itself was deceptively smaller that anticipated - ingenious. The unit is very well made and just as described. The seat pads and cushions are extremely comfortable and the fabric is lovely. I would certainly recommend both the item and the company. The free gift was a nice surprise.

Arrived on requested delivery date arranged by the lovely lady on the phone. Palletforce informed ETA and arrived on time. Helpful delivery drive put it on pallet truck and brought up the gravel road to our caravan. Easy to assemble and took no time to situate in our awning. This has a strong steel frame, the seat cushions are firm and the back cushions are really plump and soft. The fabric is quality, the whole unit is very well made. We are very happy with our purchase and the free gift was a nice touch too. Thank you Alexander Francis for a faultless service and product

So pleased I decided to purchase the Right Hand Rattan sofa with coffee table/Footstool.It is so comfortable and the cushions are lovely and thick.I had one small issue with the coffee/stool but this issue was sorted out very quickly by the company and a replacement arrived within a few days.I gave 5 stars for Value for money because we have seen similar garden furniture that would cost twice as much as this one .I would be happy to recommend this company to friends and family.

Lovely set, delivered very quickly and promptly, nice thick cushions and fits together well. Delivery driver was not overly helpful, just dropped furniture all boxed and packaged on heavy pallet, which I'm stuck with and left - wouldn't help move it even though I was on my own. However once unpacked the furniture is very nice.

A very good quality product. Delivered Fully assembled. The design ,fit and finish is of high standard. Looks nice in grey and fits our small garden perfectly well.The cushions are reasonably thick and given right amount of support.Also, the company Alexander Francis provides very good customer services.

Very pleased indeed with this purchase - is modern, light, arrived fully assembled. Had x1 cushion missing & manager at company was extremely polite & helpful - sent another out almost immediately. Have this in my conservatory & it has transformed the room. Can have a nap in the sunshine or can easily move outdoors & 7 people to sit comfortably at a BBQ 😍

Received phone call a few days before to choose a delivery day. Brilliant quality, nice thick cushions, arrived in perfect condition. Also received a thank you gift :)
