Balloon printing ink

Q: ok. but the ink after printing balloon or some rubbers steal strong is not washable ???

The ink is permanent on latex balloons and does not wash off. It is made for printing on balloons, and may not work on other kinds of rubber. Such as rubber clothing which is different rubber.
