Highly disappointed as I have much less priced chairs which I have been using without any such problem for years.The wheel ,with in purchase of 4 months , did not come out but welding broke down .One do not expect this type of quality at such a high price. Had it been bolted, it would have been easy to replace which is generally the case with wheeled chairs . Now in non availability of a welder(difficult to locate in metro ) , it is lying in the storeroom as the price being asked for repair is too high by one welder.A highly bad experience and a very inferior quality product .Do not know what to do except writing a review to warn other potential buyers .Updated Review on June 10, 2021. Unexpectedly, I had a pleasant surprise 2 days ago when I received a call from the company to send their technician to repair the chair at my home .Today i.e. 10th June,2021 ,the technician visited my home and changed the wheel and profusely apologised for the inconvenience caused . The chair is comfortable and ergonomic .I am satisfied now with the services provided . I recommend the product and delete my earlier view .

Received the product promptly. External Packing is very good. Internal Packing is very bad. The Cartoon box is small to accommodate the Chair. All the Components are cramped in the box tightly.First Positives..1) Installation was done next day. Prompt service.2) Seat Cushion is very good. Neither soft are hard. Perfect.3) The backrest contour is good. Support for the back is very excellent. With the net design no more sweating4) Tilting Mechanism can be adjusted for soft or hard.5) Seat Height adjustable upto 2 inches. In the lowest position, I am able to place my feet perfectly on ground.6) Chair is heavy. Needs a slight push to move around7) Adjustment lever is strudy.8) Lumber support is good.8) Only a wet cloth is sufficient to clean the chair once in a month to keep it dust freeNow Negatives.1) The internal packaging is very tight and components are cramped.2) The seat base below is stapled with a cloth which was slightly torn. Partially covered once the seat was fixed.3) Adjustment Lever had scratches without any protective packaging4) There is a plastic cover with chrome below which covers the seat arms (five arms holding the wheels). Finishing is not smooth.The Chair is good buy. But Company should take care in packing the components properly and also ensure that there are no scratches / damages to components.Except the Plastic Cover (One with chrome), slightly torn seat below and scratches on the adjustment lever, other components quality of the Chair is good. Anybody buying the Chair, please open the box and inspect the components immediately once the delivery is taken.Hope Amazon and the Seller takes the feedback seriously.

I had ordered this chair in middle of pandemic last year(Oct 2020) for WFH needs at my parents home. I had ordered this one hoping I would not need it for a long time. But we are still working from homes, and I have been using it for over an year now.So here are my observations :1) Very easy to assemble, screws and Allen key appropriately provided.2) It does not have a reclining back. The back is attached to the base with thick hard fibre connectors and long screws. The chair can tilt backwards along with base when the tilt lock is disabled, but it does not recline. If you attempt to recline, you'd be testing the limits of the screws and the fibre.3) The lumbar support is decent and adjustable, but again with good lumbar support you also need a head/neck support(when sitting for long durations). So if you plan to sit on this for 6-8 hrs a day, get one with neck and head support.4) I liked the arm rest height, For a 6-footer like me, its really a perfect height to rest my arms during working.5) The Gas cylinder is a also quite good and strong, functional with ease and no jerk upward or downward movement, even with lighter weights6) The plastic wheels need to be of a much better quality. Moving around with weight on it leaves marks on the tiles.7) The Specs suggest it can take a 120KG limit. I am a little shy of 105KGs, but the metal plate which connects to the base is not really of that great quality and cannot take my weight. Its has cracked at few crucial places. Yes the metal has cracked. This is the most important part of the chair taking all the weight. It needs to be way more stronger.(Attached screenshots). I now need to look for welding fixes for this.8) I have not really opened the wooden base of the seat, but it does seem not so great quality either. There is some occasional squeaking sounds from this.9) Fabric quality is decent, has not torn or come off yet and it doesnt let you sweat in a well circulated room.8) Like any chairs with fabric covers over sponge, you need to vaccum it every week or two. Else it'll be a dust bag.To conclude, I paid 5k for this, Now i think i should have added a grand or 2 more and gotten a better quality one with head support too(Should have had a better foresight).Its a good chair for folks less than 80KGs, or those who dont spend 6-8 hrs constantly. For ones who are above 80-90KGs and spend long durations look for better ones with slightly higher spend.The company needs to look into quality of metal and it's durability.
