On workout morning, I start out with one scoop in a 20 Oz. Shaker bottle, then another scoop and 20 Oz. While working out. Then some electrolite mix until finishing my workout.This spreads out the caffeine instead of one big wallop all at once. That's what works for me. I don't know how I used to workout without this stuff. Sure notice a difference in my results.

This is pre-workout is a stimulant-based pre-workout, meaning it includes caffeine, so it delivers a good energy boost, supports blood flow, and helps with endurance. With about the same caffeine as two cups of coffee, it’s a solid yet manageable amount. The formula includes some powerhouse ingredients that make a difference during workouts. The L-citrulline is great for increasing nitric oxide, giving that extra pump. Beta-alanine provides that familiar tingle and supports muscle endurance, while betaine anhydrous helps with strength and power. ElevATP is noticeable for that extra energy kick, and Senactiv is a nice touch to aid in recovery, which is great for minimizing downtime between workouts. The taste is pretty good, it's a straightforward fruit punch flavor that’s easy to drink. Overall, it’s a well-rounded pre-workout that covers the basics effectively.
