Dupliacte product, i have been using this product for long, as soon but as I started using this particular sellers detergent my dishes are not getting cleaned, same problem was there earlier at the start of pandemic by many users, but the issue is resolved and have been consistently getting good detergent for past many purchases and as soon as i changed the seller, the problem started right from first use of this new container detergent. Seriously i feel that because of such sellers we will lose faith in amazon, really bad have to again wash vessels with hand in the morning even after washing in dishwasher with twice the normal quantity of detergent.

This product quality has been reduced or the product is counterfiet. Left a white layer on all my utensils after every wash. Tried and tested with multiple Global rinse aid, salt brands and ifb itself, Changed setting of quantity intake, no use. The Granules are present like rawa, half of powder is like that out of box., they are not dissolving. Not even when you take some into hands and crush them into water. Behaving like stones. The white layer formation is consistent with my all settings and brands. It used to work well 2 years ago. But now its rubbish. The TDS of water is 500 to 600 max. So it leaves hardness at 250-300. The salt intake is set at max. Still ifb fails to perform. The powder itself is no more compatible with its own brand machine, how should consumer put faith in it any more? The package was good and sealed properly, meaning its not counterfiet, the Powder itself is wrong formulation with cheap ingredients. The package was not easy to use with a handle, it was complex to take a spoon out of it, it would spill lot more due to its mouth opening. It was made to spill so consumers waste the product and run out of it. Place more orders. So BE AWARE OF THEIR QUALITY AND MARKETING TACTICS. BUY ANOTHER GOOD BRAND DIAHWASHER DETERGENT. I HEAR LOCAL PRODUCT LIKE FORTUNE AND BIGBASKET DISHWASHER PRODUCTS ARE GIVING BETTER RESULTS. CRYSTAL AND FINISH, VIM HAVE REDUCED PRICES TO COMPETE WITH LOCAL BRANDS AS WELL. SO GIVE THE OTHER LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL BRANDS A TRY. RESULTS ARE FAR SUPERIOR AT LOWER MONTHLY EXPENSES

Product works fine for regular cleaning, but tough stains often remain. Value is acceptable, but I expected better results.
