Plato (c.427 - c.347 BC) was an influential Greek philosopher of the ancient world and a writer of numerous philosophical dialogues. A detailed bust made using 90% white Italian Carrara marble giving it an authentic look and feel. It is a faithful reproduction and is as close as you can get to the hand carved original. Purchased at the request of my Wife on her birthday, she very much likes it. I was somewhat shocked at the small size and relatively high cost. However overall she is pleased and that is what matters.
