I love this little instrument. I've played with it a lot. It's a great little instrument and has so much potential. The sounds provided are okay and the app gives you options for different sounds. I wish there were more to choose from, but it's not a bad selection. But the sounds seem to really be only electronic synth style sounds. I'd love to see some more traditional sounds. Getting the knack for recording on it and using it as a little midi player is pretty straight forward. It's also fun just to sit in your living room and tool around. The buttons are super responsive and bending notes is really well done. The only real issue is that the app doesn't automatically reconnect back to the instrument every time you open it. You should be able to just open the app and if the instrument is turned on, it should connect. Wish List: There is so much to love about it, but there are a few things I wish they'd improve. One thing I'd love to see is if they could allow accidentals by pressing two adjacent keys. I'd love it if pressing C and D in Cmaj would give you a C#. Something like this could be selectable as an "Accidental Mode" or "Dissonance Mode" for the lead part. Chord mode could be improved if you could add a 7th by Playing the VII interval. Other combinations might be, play I, II and III for a minor chord or I and II for a sus or I and IV for an augmented. Basically expanding chord combinations and accidentals would greatly improve the experience. This should be pretty easy with a firmware update. But I have yet to see one in the seven months I've had this.

My 12-year-old had this on his wish list and was so excited to get it. He's had a lot of fun experimenting with it and exploring all the different sounds and features. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and he's still figuring out everything it can do, but that's part of the fun. The build quality feels solid, it connected easily, and it has kept him interested far longer than many of his other gadgets. If you have a creative kid who enjoys music and technology, this is a great gift. Five stars from a happy young musician!

Great product. My ADHD teen enjoyed making beats on this. It is easily compatible with multiple head phones so I don’t have to hear all of it when I get overstimulated. Nicely sized and easily fits in one hand. I’ve even brought it to my behavior therapy job and the adolescent clients enjoyed trying it out during therapy!

Fun. Not really what I was looking for.

Can't recommend this little thing enough for songwriting or even as a scratch pad for ideas. Donner has fixed basically every single negative thing I've ever read about this device. For less than 100 bucks you absolutely can't go wrong on a cool pocket synth looper. Being able to use the Donner Play app, import other sounds etc is also a huge plus. 5 stars!

Basically an MPC that can be programmed through your phone via Bluetooth. This is the ultimate fidget toy for me. I gave one to my nephew who was also musically inclined, he was absolutely ecstatic after he realized what it was.

Wish I could have experience it but the one sent didn’t turn on or charge or work. Don’t know if it was just a dud or a common issue 🤷‍♀️

Con i suoi 15 pad (più 1 per la gestione delle molte funzionalità disponibili direttamente sul Medo), puoi gestire 5 tracce. Ottimo interfacciamento con l'app e la possibilità di modificare i campioni al volo sia registrati dal Medo che importati. Si possono creare anche i suoni per il basso, gli accordi e arpeggi e il sintetizzatore tramite app per PC, che è fatta molto bene. Si possono aggiungere effetti sia tramite il novimento che tramite gesti con le dita. Ottimo anche come controller MIDI e si può usare sia connesso via bluetooth che usb. Ha anche il manuale in italiano! Dal app si possono condividere suoni, campioni e i brani creati dagli utenti con il Medo.

Ohne allzu große Erwartungen habe ich das Donner Medo bestellt und ging davon aus, dass ich hier keine große Qualität und ohnehin nur eine billige Orba 2-Kopie vorfinden werde und entsprechend schon eine Retour angedacht hatte. Von wegen - das kleine Ding macht echt Freude und bringt wirklich gute Sounds hervor. Kein Orba 2-Killer, aber das sollte es auch nicht werden denke ich. Groovebox mit viele Möglichkeiten und klasse Verarbeitung.

Hello 🙂 Produit très sympa : petit, léger, son correct même sans casque, assez facile à prendre en main. Connexion bluetooth sur mon téléphone Google mais pas sur mon Mac, et là c'est la grosse déception. Sauf erreur ça n'était écrit nulle part ! Pas cool. Du coup ça limite l'utilité me concernant... C'est vraiment dommage

操作性はシンプルでいたって簡単で、初心者でも直感的に使えるのが魅力です。 ただし、Donner MEDO単体だと出来る事が限られているので、音楽制作アプリ導入は必須です。 Donner PlayやGarageBandなどのBluetooth MIDI対応アプリを使用する事で、 本体の機能を最大限に引き出して使う事が出来るようになります。 ただ、本体側の音量を最小にしないと内蔵スピーカーから音が再生されるので注意して下さい。 本体のサンプル音色は少なめですが、Bluetooth MIDIに対応したアプリを入れればOKです。 入力でタイミングがずれてしまっても、Donner PlayやGarageBandで 補正やリズム修正（クオンタイズ）は可能なので安心です。 ボタン操作に関しては、コンパクトでよい反面、キーボードのような隙間がないので、 手が大きいとミスタッチが起こりやすく感じました。 オーバーダビングの際に修正が出来ないのが若干気になりますが、 サイズ感に慣れてくれば問題はないかと思います。 トータルで見れば、高いパフォーマンスを備えた魅力的なガジェットなので、 音楽制作を手軽に始めたい方におすすめの商品だと思います。
