A: dont know about dimensions..but it is large and works fine..

**Q: How to fly**
A: Fix the given wax pad on the metal pin, and then light the wax pad using a match stick. Let it burn for about 30 seconds till the lantern fills up with hot air and slowly release it when it begins to rise up.

A: China made and the quality is really really bad, out of the complete pack not even a single one took off
