Im somewhere between a small and extra so it what a tiny bit big on me. Im 5 ft 3 in and it did drag on the ground. You may want to wear heels. It was just for family portraits. The skirt is heavy and pulls the top part probably because i am small chested. Still cute but a heavy feeling. Makes your hips look larger.
