The good is that it worked right out of the box, paired with my phone no problem and had a very simple controls. The bad is that the controls were VERY simple and it would often switch voices announcing it was on and paired to Chinese instead of English. No problem it still worked fine... For about 3 weeks and then it just stopped working. It wouldn't pair and it stopped its voice announcements. the only noise that came out of it after this was a beeping noise if you try to turn it on or off anymore. So I cannot recommend.

Nice price & looks like a good headset, however we couldn’t get it to work. Emailed the contact info and they got back to me right away! GREAT customer service! They gave us some more instructions to see if we could get it to work, but it didn’t. They offered us a replacement or a refund. Husband decided he didn’t want it so we got the refund.

It came fast. It was easy to set up and link to my phone 8. I sweat a lot at work and most stop working after about a week. But it have been serval serval weeks, and it continues to work prefect. It could have a bit better sound quality. The charge last a feed days depending on usage. I will but again.
